Return And Refund Policy

The following are the only cases we accept returns/refunds:

1. Item was damaged on arrival to the buyer's location.
2. Item has a prior defect
3. Wrong item was shipped to the buyer.

  • If you are using any offer for order then no return is allowed.Kindly do check the size requirements and compatibility issues before ordering the products.
  • Return window closes 7 days after the delivery of the parcel.

  • Before putting in the request for return do share with us the reason of dissatisfaction and any other issues.
  • No refund is issued if your address is incomplete or if you fail to take the delivery even after two delivery attempts by courier.
  • If damage or wrong product received Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take it from there.
  • In case you have opened the roll packing and accessories, 25% reworking charges are payable (in addition to freight charges).
  • We take the returned products back with us and The refund amount should take about 7-10 business days to credit back to your account.
